фин., банк. дисконтные пункты (по кредиту)*, пункты при заключении (кредита)*, дисконт по кредиту* (сумма, уплачиваемая заемщиком кредитору при заключении соглашения об ипотечном или ином кредите; один дисконтный пункт равен одному проценту от суммы кредита; увеличение количества дисконтных пунктов, уплачиваемых при заключении кредитного соглашения, позволяет заемщику добиться снижения процентных ставок на период кредитования, и наоборот, уменьшение количества дисконтных пунктов приводит к увеличению процентной ставки; по существу дисконтные пункты представляют собой форму предварительно уплачиваемых процентов по кредиту; дисконтные пункты могут удерживаться кредитором непосредственно из суммы кредита при его выдаче или передаваться кредитору в виде отдельного платежа)
